Challenge

  • Bristol Health and Community Hospital was looking to effectively align digital, traditional, PR, patient experience, and internal communications so the hospital is presented as one unified, trustworthy brand.

  • Build a strong digital presence.

Solution

I strengthened patient engagement and reputation. by coordinating messaging, shared planning, and consistent brand voice across all channels. I designed a custom marketing campaign that led to a 22% increase in patient retention rate  and a 10% increase in web lead conversions after 4 months.
